HOW TO SET PAGE MARGINS IN WORD

# INTRODUCTION:
The following tutorial is designed to help alter the page margins in Word.
NOTE: Word and Publisher files are not print ready files, if you have created your artwork in one of these programs or another non Adobe application and you will need to first convert it to a Adobe PDF, If you would like help converting your file to a PDF

# HOW TO CHANGE THE MARGINS:
1) Click file > page setup

2) Click on Margins > type in the margins the measurements you want, note they are in centimeters so .9 = 9mm for example (See image below).


3) Click OK (it will say something like margins exceed printable area) Click Ignore as it judges what is acceptable off the specifications of your printer, obviously there are no margin limits as such on the printing press.
