HOW TO USE THE PRINT DOMAIN FTP SITE
As an extension to our aim of customer service excellence we present the following tutorial on our FTP service and trust it will assist you in supplying your file, should you have any further questions or require assistance please contact our friendly design staff on 1800 645 233.

# INTRODUCTION:
The following tutorial is designed to help log on to and use the Print Domain FTP Server via the internet.

# HOW TO LOG ON:
1) Open your web browser (e.g. internet explorer)

2) Put the following in the address line: ftp://ftp.printit.com.au
now press enter

3) You will be asked for a password and a user name. Use the name and password below (if there is an account field - leave it blank)
Username: printit
Password: jamalaprint
(Example image below)

# UPLOADING FILES:
4) You should now see the contents of the FTP server displayed as file and folder names in your browser window.
Reduce the size of the window so that you can see part of your desk top. Position the files you want to upload in this space on your desktop (see the image below for an example).

5) Click and drag files from your desktop onto the web browser window to upload your files. You should then see a dialogue box showing the remaining time for the file to upload etc. If you have more than one file it's a good idea to put all your files in a folder on your desktop (e.g. Mr X's files) and upload the folder.

That's it, if you have any problem please contact our Design Staff on 1800 645 233.

NOTE: Macintosh users may need to use a FTP program such as CuteFTP to upload files.
