BLEED TUTORIAL
TUTORIAL WELCOME:
As an extension to our aim of customer service excellence we present the following tutorial on bleed and trust it will assist you in preparing your file, should you have any further questions or require assistance please contact our friendly design staff on 1800 645 233.

# BLEED:
If any part of your artwork touches the edge of your job it must be extended 1mm past the edge (see below), this is called bleed. Allow 1mm on all edges for jobs that have bleed.


# SAFE AREA:
We recommend you keep all important information at least 2mm(for cards) or 3mm(for books/booklets) in from the trim edge, to avoid important information from being trimmed off.

# BORDERS:
As per safe area we recommend not using borders less than 3mm. As they may appear uneven when trimmed.
