Welcome to our trading terms, below we outline our responsibility to you and yours to us so that everything is clear. If you have any questions about out terms please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Clients please note that all artwork is charged at an hourly rate and is additional to printing costs. Alters to new or existing artwork are also charged at a rate predetermined on the supplied quote.
Print Domain reserves the right to use any artwork or material it produces or representation of materials produced for clients in our promotional or marketing. This may take any form including but not limited to social media, internet or print material.
Please note that although we reserve the right to use what we create for you we are sensitive about how and when we do so taking into account projects that are sensitive in nature, such as the announcement of a new brand.
If you have a sensitive project by all means make your wishes know to us, we will always put your wishes first.
Clients should note that upon approving artwork you are accepting full responsibility for any cost incurred after that point due to error. It is the clients responsibility to ensure that all information, spelling, quantities, and printing details, etc are correct as per the proof and the quote provided. Print Domain does not accept any responsibility for artwork errors or incorrect print details once artwork approval has been received.
Please note that projects can move very quickly from artwork approval to production so if you do find an error after approval contact us via phone immediately and we will do our best to prevent any error being printed if we can.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they do not provide any files or material for inclusion in their project that would infringe copyright law. Materials such as images, logos, fonts, music, artwork and graphics known as ‘content’ should be only be used in accordance with the law.
